Whether you have experienced an unfortunate burst pipe, escape of water, ingress of water, flood or fire in your property, our Senior BDMA technicians are on hand to help advise not only in terms of structural drying but preventing secondary damage to contents. We work with a number if insurance companies but our experts can take care of any emergency work e.g. extracting standing water from the property to installing desiccant and compressor dehumidifiers, injection dryers and air movers to ensure that the building structure is dry before re-instatement and redecoration of the affected areas.

It is essential to make sure the building structure is dry before re-instatement takes place otherwise the property will show secondary damage and evidence of dampness or even mould.
